Your 14-day pilot

Start with one active project.

1. Confirm the fit

Request a pilot from the homepage. We review your company and project volume and follow up at your work email. Please send business contact details only at this stage.

2. Agree on the work

Before sending records, complete a written pilot agreement covering the project, authorized PM, start and end dates, fee, review schedule, and retention arrangements. Monthly service starts only after the plan and billing terms are agreed.

3. Receive project access

We issue an access code limited to your project and pilot period. Keep it within the approved team. If it stops working, contact us for renewed access.

4. Upload the baseline first

Use the pilot intake for the signed proposal, scope, exclusions, and relevant amendments. Then upload supporting emails, logs, drawings, and photographs. Use the exact project name provided during onboarding. Check the project record after uploading.

5. Review findings with your PM

The pilot includes operator review of submitted records. Findings and draft notices are delivered through the channel agreed during onboarding. The portal stores files and presents operator-prepared findings with draft notices for PM review. Uploads are not automatically analyzed, and no notices are automatically sent. Your PM verifies each finding and decides whether to use a draft.

6. Close out the pilot

Review the results, confirm whether to continue, and agree on any paid service. Project records are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after the pilot ends unless a different period is agreed in writing.
