Terms & pilot use

Clear expectations before project records move.

These terms govern use of the ChangeOrderAI website and pilot-request form.

Operator

ChangeOrderAI is operated by Kyle Comstock, a North Carolina sole proprietor.

Website and pilot requests

The website is for learning about ChangeOrderAI and requesting a pilot. A pilot request does not create a service engagement, require ChangeOrderAI to accept a pilot, or create any obligation to provide service.

Do not submit project records through the public form

Do not submit contracts, plans, owner emails, pricing, photos, daily logs, or other project records through the public form. Any pilot that accepts job records will first use a project-specific intake process and written pilot agreement.

Project records and retention

Once a pilot agreement is signed, permitted users receive a project access code for the designated intake. Project records are used only to provide the pilot services, are not used to train general-purpose models, and are deleted within 30 days after pilot completion unless the signed pilot agreement states a different period.

Documentation support, not legal advice

ChangeOrderAI helps organize records and prepare drafts for human review. It does not provide legal advice, determine contractual entitlement, or send notices externally without PM approval.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for obtaining the authority needed to share it, and for having a qualified person review any draft before it is used or sent.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service develops. North Carolina law governs these website terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For pilots that proceed, the signed pilot agreement controls to the extent it differs from these website terms.
