How we handle your information.
Contact information
We collect the name, company, work email, optional phone number, and project volume provided in pilot requests. We use these details to evaluate requests, contact you about the service, and manage onboarding. Requests are stored in our database; FormSubmit routes a notification to our internal inbox. Notification delivery can fail independently of saving your request.
Project records
Only submit project files after a written pilot agreement. Authorized team members receive a project-specific access code with an expiry date. Anyone holding that code can access that project's records during its validity, so protect it and contact us immediately if it is disclosed.
Storage and service providers
The site uses HTTPS. Cloudflare-backed database and object storage hold request details and project files. We do not sell request information or use project records to train general-purpose models. The written agreement governs project processing and any additional service providers.
Retention
Project records are deleted within 30 days after pilot completion unless a different period is agreed in writing. Expired project access is denied. Contact us to request correction or deletion of contact information or project records.
